CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 STATEMENT
We are most conscious that our clients require reliable, uninterrupted service, but in the present pandemic emergency, this may prove to be difficult. Please however be assured that we will do all we can.
In light of recent developments surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the latest advice from the UK Government, we want to share with you the measures which we are taking to ensure service continuity whilst at the same time ensuring the health and wellbeing of clients and ourselves.
Whilst we will try wherever necessary to see clients face to face, there are circumstances where this will not be possible or indeed desirable. In these circumstances we will use telephone meetings, skype and face time. We are trying to ensure that wherever possible there will be “business as usual”. There may be circumstances where remote working is arranged and our technology and infrastructure and business continuity planning ensures that remote working is possible with minimal interruption to normal service levels. That said, we cannot say at this point that we will not be required to close our offices.
As always, we remain committed to supporting you with a high level of service and provide the maximum support we can. We will continue to monitor the situation providing any updates where necessary.
We know that the pandemic presents challenges to our clients. We want to re-assure you that we will continue to be available to support you during this time; please continue to use our normal contact details.
We are taking appropriate steps to re-arrange any up and coming internal and external appointments to a later date where possible and in the meantime we are limiting clients visits to our office to one client or cohort of clients at any one time.
WILLS & POWERS OF ATTORNEY
We are receiving a high volume of enquiries regarding wills and lasting powers of attorney.
Due to the current Coronavirus situation, our team is on hand and able to assist with the full process remotely, whether this be by telephone, email, FaceTime or Skype.
Please feel free to contact us or pass our details onto friends and family who may be worried but unsure of how to proceed.
